Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges will apply. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

All orders are carefully packed in Dolce Mondo branded packaging to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully presented. If you are purchasing as a gift, your item will arrive gift-ready at no extra charge.
