All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to photography lighting and screen display settings.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. You will be notified via WhatsApp if your order is cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

6. Payment

We accept payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Dolce Mondo does not store your payment card details.

7. Shipping

Shipping terms, rates, and delivery timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Dolce Mondo is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order you agree to those terms.

9. Warranty

Our 1-year shine and colour warranty is governed by our Warranty Policy available on this website.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on dolcemondo.ae including product images, logos, text, graphics, and brand assets are the property of Dolce Mondo and are protected under UAE intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or fraudulent orders, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to engage in any conduct that could damage or impair the website or our reputation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Dolce Mondo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
